Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy! If for whatever reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) if the below Return Conditions are met:

  • returns must be shipped to Onolua within 20 days of delivery date
  • the item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item, as soiled garments will not be eligible for return)
  • the item must be accompanied by its original tags and in original undamaged packaging
  • the item must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact

Return process:

To return your purchase, please contact customerservice@onolua.com to request a return. 

Refund steps:

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility.
  • You will receive an email confirming if your return has been approved or not.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.
  • Please note shipping charges for returns to Onolua are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges of the original purchase are not refundable.
  • Onolua is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
  • Any returned items that do not comply with the Return Conditions, may be denied at the discretion of Onolua.

International orders:

Items purchased internationally (outside of Canada & the United States) are the responsibility of the customer to return. Please mark “RETURNED GOODS” with no monetary value on your package. 

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not available at this time. You will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.
