Where is it made?

Onolua products are proudly manufactured in Montreal, Canada. From the design of the garment to the last stitch! Supporting the local textile industry and participating in the development of local craftsmanship is important to us!

What about the fabrics?

Onolua garments are made of ECONYL® yarn, which are high-end recycled fabrics from Italy. This fabric is 100% regenerated nylon yarn derived from pre and post industrial waste such as discarded fish nets, fabric scraps and industrial plastic. The fabrics are high quality, high-performance fabrics of the utmost quality.

A few of our fabric features:

  • Ultrachlorine resistant
  • Resistance to sunscreen and oil
  • Muscle control
  • Shape retention
  • UV protection
  • Pilling resistant

How to care for my Onolua swimwear?

We recommend washing your Onolua garment by hand in cold water with a mild soap. Please don't bleach or put your swimsuit in the dryer. You can dry it flat in the shade, away from the sunlight as this may damage the nylon fibers over time.

We also recommend to rinse the swimwear after use to remove excess chlorine, sunscreen and perspiration which can deteriorate the elasticity of the material.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Do I need an account to place an order?

It isn't necessary to have an Onolua account to shop our products. However you can access special privileges and discounts by creating an account on Onolua.com

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order is being shipped. This e-mail will have a tracking number which will allow you to track your purchase.

Can I cancel or modify my order prior to shipping?

You can place a request by sending an email to customerservice@onolua.com indicating the order number and the exact change to be made. Our customer service will contact you via email to notify if it's possible or not.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, you can return an item if the following Return Conditions are met :

  • returns must be shipped to Onolua within 20 days of delivery date
  • the item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item, as soiled garments will not eligible for return)
  • the item must be accompanied by its original tags and in its original undamaged packaging
  • the item must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact

Returns & Exchanges

To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:

  • Please contact customerservice@onolua.com to request a return.
  • Returns must be sent within 20 days of delivery date.

When will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment
  • Please note shipping charges for returns to Onolua are the responsibility of the client.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges of the original purchase are not refundable.
  • Onolua is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit
  • Any returned items that do not comply with the Return Conditions, may be denied at the discretion of Onolua

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are not available at this time. You will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.
