Onolua donates funds on all orders to the Healthy Seas Foundation, as an official supporting partner.
This is yet another step towards our mission to protect the environment and promote sustainable practices. All our swimwear is made with Econyl yarn, making our partnership with Healthy Seas a pivotal part of our journey to reduce ocean waste and preserve the environment.
FABRICS
Onolua garments are all made with high-quality recycled fabrics from Italy made of ECONYL® yarn. ECONYL® yarn is a 100% regenerated Nylon yarn derived from plastics and fish nets from our oceans and landfills. These materials are recovered and regenerated into the ECONYL® nylon that we use in the production of Onolua swimwear!
PACKAGING
Onolua packaging is 100% biodegradable and plastic-free ! Our garment bags are made from FSC Certified paper that's sourced from responsibly managed forests. They solve a global crisis of plastic polybags polluting our oceans. Also, our mailer bags are 100% compostable! Made from renewable, plant-based materials like corn and sugarcane!
MADE IN CANADA
Onolua values the importance of supporting local businesses and participating in the development of local craftsmanship and economy. All fabrics and accessories that go into the production of the garments are sourced from Canadian suppliers and all products are entirely manufactured in Canada.
